Lebanon Ford

I went to Lebanon ford to test drive a new F-150 lightning. Jordan was well versed in the incentives and features of this new vehicle. The test drive lead to a no-pressure negotiation to see what pricing would look like. Lebanon Ford was able to get a deal together that worked for me and my budget. The whole experience from start to driving off the lot in my new truck was a pleasure. Just recently took a trip to Lebanon Ford and ended up purchasing a vehicle and I was very impressed with the whole experience. Everyone knows it’s not always the fastest transaction to make but the building itself is very clean and comfortable which was nice since we were there majority of the day. Jackson Morrell was our salesperson and he was professional, helpful and very informative. He took the time to go over every single button/feature in the car and made sure all our questions were answered. Everyone on the team worked hard to get us to drive home in our new vehicle that same day which we very much appreciated! Highly recommend Lebanon Ford!

Highly recommend doing business with this dealership. I stopped by Lebanon Ford because my key fell apart. Not even joking, it was an old key. I was greeted by the sales manager, really nice guy, and he directed me to the parts department. Parts had the key! I was in luck. And even better luck, service squeezed me in right there to work on the car. I was blown away by the service. Job was fast, they got me in, price was great, and treated me really well. All the things you want in a car dealership. Trustworthy and dependable. Like a ford should be.

I write this review with a heavy heart because up to my last visit, I've been very pleased with the service and staff. They were friendly, helpful and overall, great to work with. I've purchased 2 new vehicles from them in the past 4 years. I had my 06 F 150 in to get the exh manifolds changed. There were some broken studs on 1 head that needed to be drilled out, which I was told wasn't bad, they do them all the time. In the process, the tech breached the water jacket, ruining the head letting the coolant run out. They are not willing to put any money towards fixing it, but will repair it, at my expense. So, the truck is not drivable until it's fixed. I'm very upset about how this all went down. To ruin my engine then just dump the cost of repair on me instead of making it right. The tech even asked me to please not rat him out and when I asked the service desk about why they didn't tell me the tech had drilled into the water jacket, he said he had no idea that had happened, so clearly was no communication between depts. Not a fan of the deception. This may well be the last time I go there, or refer anyone from shopping there. This all could have been avoided if they made it right and fixed what they ruined. UPDATE Went back and talked with the service manager, and we came up with a plan to rectify this situation. I believe I have been made whole again, and am happy with what we came up with. Thank you Michelle for your professionalism and for seeing this through so quickly and diligently.
